Anybody know of anywhere to get ringtones for free anymore? Has everything gone to a pay service?

If it matters, its a Samsung VGA1000 on SprintPCS.

I'm not sure what the VGA1000 is like, but i have the samsung s105 and i use the infrared to transfer pictures, games and ringtones to it. I also make my own ringtones from midi files.

Infrared? :eek3: Far as I can tell, no dice on the infrared. Unless its an addon thats available...

I have a VGA1000! Finally, someone else got it... :)

you don't have to become a paying member, but what you do is
1. sign up
2. browse ringers, games, apps, pictures
3. send what you want to your "locker"
4. they will send you a text message with the link to your locker
5. open the link, and all your goodies will be in there, bookmark the page
6. download and enjoy!

I've downloaded about 30 ringers, a few games, and some wallpapers from them. Works great! :D

You sure you dont have to make a one time donation? Its not letting me access my locker without it... Although, I dont have a problem making a donation to a site like this...

You can't click on "My Locker" on their website, that's all. You can send stuff and then browse it on your phone though (that's how you download what you send anyway).

I was really confused the first time I used 3gupload too, so if you have any more questions, feel free to ask and i'll help

I decided to make a new wallpaper for myself and then I noticed that 3gupload now asks for a donation... How do you browse the pic on your phone without logging in to My Locker and sending it, i forget the URL.

Also are you able to delete the stuff in your locker without making that donation?

you can access your locker via your phone or via the website. you can access it via your phone for free, but i you want to access it via the site you have to make a donation.

to access via your phone, you just click "send to locker" for the item that you want. you'll then get a text message with the URL.

i gave a $5 donation through paypal. I've downloaded a ton of crap from there, so i figure it's worth it. Being able to access your locker on the site is nice too.
