okay, here's the thread of customer service emails, in reverse order, the topmost being me at my most pissed.

I'll send it to everyone I know, encouraging them not to buy anything from snapfish. I will include links to places like shutterfly, and encourage everyone to shop there. The email will be entertaining enough that all my friends will send it to all of their friends. within weeks, hundreds of thousands of people will be laughing at snapfish and not spending money there.
