You mean to take notes for you? Like in a lecture?

If so:

Dragon Naturally speaking would work, if you could get the lecturer to program it first.

no i mean a program like notepad, but with really quick formatting for notetaking.... dunno if that makes any sense...

On Mac OS X, i use Notes v1.3.4 . It's freeware so search for it on versiontracker. great program.
