thats the problem...that's why I was wanting to know is there a website that would send to any of them, like a catch-all website...

Nope. You can try sending a message to the phonenumber@ to all of the paging carrier's domains. There are probably less than 10 2-way carriers... Skytel, Metrocall, Arch, Weblink, Network Services, Mobilecomm, Ameritech, Verizon...
