Try doing the same stuff he is doing but worse.. Try farting, eatting smelly food. Brp, and whatever you need to do to annoy that fool.
when he comes up to you, tell him what is bothering you ...Then smack him..lol
I'm leaving the company in a week and a half, so I may just go whole hog and wear a dress to work on Monday. That'd flip him out.

why cant everybody just get their own office, we all need privacy....i people are expected to work and concentrate, the environment should be as condusive to that as possible
Aw CRAP. Now he's eating some kind of fried vegetable health food stuff. Man, I think he has cheeks made of paper. It sounds like he is actually chewing inside my head.

Naw, forget that. Whistle "Mr. Roboto" for like an hour or something. Or just pass gas continuously. Or swear profusely. And don't say a sentence that doesn't include profanity.

You know what would definitely make him stop? Introduce him to this message board and then show him this topic. It'll be pretty interesting when he figures out who your talking about. Oh well...maybe just stick with the simple and tell him your gonna feel sorry for the next person that has to put up with his eating cantations.
Okay, I don't want to dwell on this subject, but here's the new lowdown....
Okay, I get this new job. More money, better hours, less stress...etc.
The new place, I'm in a cubicle, and damn it if I have two really loud chewers on either side of me. Man, why can't everyone have better manners?

Hey, I know how you feel. I'm in a partitioned cubicle myself. The closest person next to me is about 4 feet away.
My biggest gripe is privacy, I know she can hear all my conversations, even when I talk softly. I know because I can hear hers. I have to go to the printing room when I want to make a private phone call.

The best thing about my job is my office. It's a corner office with a private outdoor deck (bigger than the office, which is actually kind of small) with benches and flowers and trees. I've had job offers at 150% of my current salary that I've turned down because I'd have to go live in a cube or a computer room.
They wanted to give my office to the customer service manager to 'make her distinct from her people.' (OK, the bad thing about my office is that CS is in cubes right outside, so I have to listen to them chatter all day.) It was pretty funny. My boss came into my office and told me that I was going to have to move to a cube on the other side of the building from the rest of the IT department because they wanted to give this woman an office, and my office is on the border between IT and CS. While he was talking, I typed up my resignation in Word, printed 3 copies, signed them, and put them in envelopes. I asked him if there was any chance of my keeping my office, or moving to a similar office on another floor. He said no, there weren't any offices available, and Administration had made their decision. I told him that I wasn't going to live in a cube. He laughed. I handed him the envelopes. He asked what they were. I told him. He thought I was joking. I told him I wasn't, and that I wasn't going to argue; he had my two weeks notice, and I had enjoyed working for him. He looked like he was going to say something, but didn't, and left. The next day, they moved the guy (who was always off-property anyway) in the office next to me (a little closet of an office) to the cube, and gave the CS manager his office. My boss gave me back my resignation and politely asked me never to f*ck him over like that again.

It's so funny reading about stuff that employees used to be able to get away with 2 years ago! Today they would give you a pat on the back and a "don't let the door hit you on the way out!" and pull out the big stack of resumes from overqualified people willing to work for less than they're worth.
