Ok, as you may or may not know, I installed Mandrake 9.1 on my box a a while back. I never got around to installing the real Nvidia driver, its using the default "generic" GeForce 4 driver right now. Whenever I run an app that uses OpenGL, its gawdawfully slow, so I'm planning on installing the latest driver from Nvidia.
Now, my question is, I'm supposed to download the Linux IA32 driver, right? Also do I need to upgrade XFree?
my box: P4 2.4, 512 RAM, GF4 ti4200, Mandrake 9.1 / WinXP dual boot.
