My guess is APex doesn't have too many kids, if any. When you don't have to waste money on kids you can spend it on havign nice stuff.

I'm guessing apex makes bank from all the deals people buy, so that's why we can afford to buy all this stuff, and then flaunt it in front of us.

jerk.

I don't think Apex owns EVERYTHING that he posts....

but the dude has a full time job....
and the dude runs a site where he makes money off of advertisements that has who knows how many impressions per day....
pennies from each person, but bling bling with thousands of clicks.
Man..I still remember when he would show off his all advantage checks of 1k+ a month. If i got an extra 1k a month...dayum. (and that was only one source)
it's like 1.5-2 incomes.

then he has a wife...dunno if she works..but wouldn't be surprised if she did.

he got money up the wazooo....
GIMME SOME MONEY APEX...HELP ME GET OUT OF DEBT!!! =)

Not a lot of people know this, but Apex once saved Bill Gates' life when he was cornered by a pack of raving Apple zealots (he threw a couple of iPods the other way & he and Bill made their getaway).

Bill rewarded him with a small bank account in Switzerland that he doesn't use anymore and Apex now lives off of the interest.

Kinda like how your parents waste their money on you huh? ;) I'm kidding man. :heh: I don't think children are ever a "waste". Unless they turn out to be some sort of drain to society or a criminal.

I heard Apex was a hard core dealer... he peddles dope, crack, yayo, and various pharmaceuticals. This whole website is but a front, and if you notice theres a lot of "lurkers" who frequent here, and I'm guessing they're "clientele."

wait that makes sense!

23" lcd! it's dealer lingo for 23 GRAMS of LCD!
2.66 ghz processor = 2.66 grams of pcp!

no wonder we can't get in on these deals... the "clientele" grabs them before we do.

Actually yes. I feel bad my parents couldnt have nice cars and stuff because they had me and my siblings. I feel bad that they gave up living nicely to have kids. Then again, they had me when they were 22. Hopefully I won;t have any similar money drains until I'm into my 30's.

Opportunity cost of a child in America, as measured in 1999 or so was $1.3 million on average. FYI, for those of you thinking of having a bundle of joy.

Oh sure, that's what they cost NEW. But the depreciation is terrible. Take one off the lot, and you can't even get HALF of that for one anymore!

Just NO trade-in value.

And the maintenance schedules on these newer ones are brutal. Much more demanding than they were back when I was a kid.

It's too bad you can't get the older models anymore. I was one, and I didn't turn out too badly... and I was cheaper than 1.3 million!

I'm sure his policies caused some of that, but as much as they'd want to, even the republicans can't give him that much credit. :)

i think some are confusing apex's statement with other figures. apex is saying that the opportunity costs are 1.x million. other studies have stated that having kids costs 600k or so to have them. these are different statistics and measure different things.

I recently heard a statistic that if your income is around $65K that the cost of a child today (not including college) is about $750K. (Man, over 11 years of your life per child. And I have 5! That means I'll have to work until I'm 77 to break even!)
