There's this post-it thing on my desktop !!

for some reason there's this post-it look alike thing on my desktop !! right at the middle of the screen and always on top. it does allow me to "delete note" but whenever i deleted one there's another one.... seems like thousands of them stack together..... anyone has this before ??? how can i remove it completely besides keep deleting them thousand times. HELP PLEASE. :(

for those of you that wonder..... i finally figured it out and it came from the ICQ notepad feature. i have no idea how i turned it on to begin with.....
