LOL Jackpot.com canceled my account yesterday. I've had that account since Apex first posted it. They sent me the email below. LOL what a joke! I hardly won anything, I would hate to see how much people won doing it the honest way. Oh well I got maybe $150 tops from their deals. Our records indicate that you have violated the official Jackpot.com Sweepstakes Rules under Section 9 (TERMS AND CONDITIONS), Paragraph K (Automated Playing Prohibited), which states:
"Automated Playing Prohibited
Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or similar crediting or playing methods automatically void such credits or plays. Sponsor will take all available measures to protect its website and the Sweepstakes from fraudulent and otherwise unlawful activities to the full extent of the law."
Because you have violated the Sweepstakes Rules, we have terminated your Jackpot.com account, as detailed by the section of the User Agreement following:
"Termination by Jackpot.com. Jackpot.com reserves the right to terminate your membership with or without cause at its sole discretion. Jackpot.com also reserves the right to refuse to accept applications for membership from any person at its sole discretion. Jackpot.com may terminate any member without prior notice for cause, including, but not limited to: a breach of any provision of this Agreement; any conduct which is or may reasonably be believed to be contrary or detrimental to the business interests or reputation of Jackpot.com; acting in a manner which harms or potentially harms any Jackpot.com relationship with its registered users; or material breach of our Anti-Spam Policy. If your membership is terminated by Jackpot.com, you will be ineligible to re-enroll as a registered user. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Member Application in your possession or control."
All wins on your accounts that have not yet been processed have been forfeited. If you are currently operating any other account, or continuing to violate the Sweepstakes Rules, you must cease those activities now.
