I had him e-mail the spread sheet he messed up and fixed it and sent it back to him...

ps - no, i wouldn't like it much...but it has happened. i told the guy that i would be back in no sooner than 2 weeks...unless i saw a promotion (i came back in 2 weeks without any promotion)
