naw i accually applied for a job as a home health aide,
but i was told
"we really dont ahve a whole lot of need for men around here"
i asked how many male employees they had in the field with thier organization
she told me
"as of right now, none"

that sound like discrimination to me.....
hmmmm what should i do.

should i shrug it off and not care, becuase i dont relaly mind all that much since ill just ge a job elsewhere and dont wnat to be where im not wanted
or should i pretend to be completly offened and heartborken
and rain down upon them with spitefull vengence....

if they don't have any male employees, you should sue saying they're discriminating against men. If they have other offices with men working, then you would have no case. But if this is their only location and no men are working, they're not meeting quota.

NOT hiring based on the fact of gender or race is just as, if not much more rediculous than hiring just based on those factors. Although I am usually against lawsuits, I think they really deserve to get their teeth kicked in on this one.

i dont think that i deserve money for stupidity that really doesnt hurt me

Why wouldn't they need men I know many women in that fleid and they say it is hard to pick up some heavy old dude so I think a men would be great for that job
