this is a house they're putting in a couple houses down across the street.

this is the tiny house that's going across from me. a freakin' guard shack. it's supposed to be at least 1500 square feet but i'm guessing it's barely that. not to be a whining yatch, but i don't want a small house across from mine bringing my property value down.

nice dude. for me personally though i would have had to have some trees!
as for the price, i can certainly believe it. if that house was where i live it would be in the $300,000+ range. when we buy, we will be moving out to the county. i want some land with a little breathing room between me and the neighbors.
i'm looking at a house now thats 1100 ft^3 on 1.75 acres for $150,000. It completly livable as is, but has lots of room for improvements like room addtions, remodeling, etc. I could probably make a pretty penny off of it when i move. It's one of the smaller houses in the neighborhood and at the moment has the worst lot. what i really like is that i can put a large building out back for a shop/garage.:)

well, if it's the property i'm thinking about is actually has a 10 ft strip of trees on the back property line (with a pasture behind that). when i say i would want trees, i mean as in a wooded lot, tress all around my house.
cheapie's gonna live on Juneberry Lane. total gayness, but at least it's not buttercup lane.

Nice piece of land and you should build at least a 2500 sqft house.

lol. you remembered. i'm impressed that you made the effort to look up the other thread.
you're right about the little strip of trees in the back. the 10ft. strip is mine. i'd really like some nice big established trees on the land for shade but
