I'm referring to the little red marks underneath the user name.

Well heres an idea Apex.
The only place the forums are mentioned on the main pages is on the menu. Maybe if you do what they do on other pages and put links to the forums on the review pages and on the deal page, for descussions on the deals themselves, you might get more people to post. And maybe, just maybe free up some more time for yourself cause you wont get as many emails about deals not going through and such (I'm sure the fiancee will like that idea http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/wink.gif)

hapoo, we could always go back in time to see our posts with previous versions of vBulletin. You just needed to do a search for your name in the User box and go back to the beginning.

I almost did the same thing. I saw the question about stars, glanced under the name, and immediately scrolled down to see the post date. This was a really cool thread. I particularly like Leon's plan about a UT tourney (and i do remember when that happened, but I was a lurker back then) and Hapoo's comment about no one having 1000 posts. What ever happened to Xyrth?

AGN is becoming something much bigger than what it used to be. HardwareWhore is jack and was shut down because AGN was taking up too much of TheDude's time, xyrth's site was going to come back up but didn't because of me moving to Hardware Extreme. I am sure you haven't heard the last of those two. I know sbp is a big name too, that's why I wouldn't ever step up to you. F1 as well... there are those few big names around the web that you know you just don't want to mess with.

I did enjoy listening to the AGN shows when they were being put out and frankly I am curious as to what will come of AGN and their "secret" project. I'll just have to wait and see.

This is a business Wizard and my beef was not with your post but rather the company that "leaked" info that was confidential. Therefore you jeopardized their negotiations wit us. If you EVER hope of running a successful hardware review site you need to understand that it is a business and with a business comes a certain protocol of confidentiality as regards negotiations with third party advetisers etc. Obviously you are not skilled in business and it may not be your fault but just realize you will have to come to terms with handling yourself and "business" more professionally. If I ran around touting all the things I have been told in confidence about future products and mergers / deals / NDA's I wouldn't have gotten Got|Apex? Inc hardware reviews as well respected as we now enjoy. Countless companies report to me weekly about X company claiming to know and get news posts from GotApex?. some day maybe your site will reach that level of status and I truly hope it does for you as you apparently want it so bad.
