No, there's 2 pages of stuff under $25, but nothing under $10. That would be too good to be true.

6 cookies for $17.99 + 5.99 shipping! Those must be some tasty cookies! I guess they cater to people that live in small towns with no bakeries, stores, and lots of extra cash.

I guess you have to buy at least 25 bucks worth of stuff to get the 10 bucks off, so this is really 10.00 off 25.00 or more.
