New arrival

Andrew Carter was born at 2 am today. We got admitted at midnight and he popped out 2 hours later. It was so much easier than last time! 6.5 lbs. 19 inches long.

What a great looking kid. Usually newborns look all squished up and kind of ugly! My wife would kill me if I posted a picture of her just a few hours after giving birth, but your wife looks radiant!

And I feel gay just saying the word "radiant".

thanks everyone! i tried to respond earlier but i've been using a 24k dialup connection at the hospital and it kept crapping out. i'm using a sprint wireless card now. much better at 116k or so.

we would like to have another one. my wife wants 4 kids. i want 3. we'll likely have another one, hopefully a little girl. we then might adopt a little girl from romania, depending on how rich i am. lol.
