I bought a pair at 14.99 at about 1am PST. I told my friend who logged on several mins later, only to find that some of the sale items were not on sale anymore.

good thing i jumped on it when it came by.

I called the phone number listed on the website. I managed to get an order in that way. Website is dead slow, and I noticed the prices had gone up on some of the items. However, I still received the sale price through the phone.

check that... i just went on again, and the prices have been raised... BUT, i heard they did this yesterday too, and when i went on last night at 1am, the prices seemed to have been reduced again. so i'm gonna try again later tonight. *fingers crossed*

yea the prices change now and then. earlier yesterday the prices were back to normal, then later in the evening it went back down to dirt cheap :)

Got my whole order saturday. I never got a confirmation email, I had to keep checking the order status from footaction page.

Got my order either Friday or Saturday. My roommate received his order one day prior, and my friend in Irvine received his order Saturday.

EDIT: I never received notice that it had been shipped; in fact, the delivery guy just left the package at my door without knocking. I was relieved that it had not been stolen when I finally saw it.

my sister and i both put in orders; i got a confirmation email but she didn't. however, she wrote down the order # when it was given to her on the page right after she submitted her payment. if you have your order number, you can just check its status on the footaction main page.

the funny thing is, when my sister and i both checked the status of our orders, i found a discrepancy. when we tracked our packages thru fedex, my sister's order (3 pairs of women's shoes) showed up as weighing around 6 pounds, while my order (4 pairs of men's) showed up as weighing around 5 pounds.

has anyone gotten any kind of notification from footaction telling them some of the pairs they ordered were out of stock?

they emailed a friend of mine and told him two of the three pairs he ordered were out of stock, and they were only sending him the one remaining pair. i'm a bit baffled because, since when does 4 pairs of men's shoes weigh less than 3 pairs of women's?

my order has not even downloaded to their system yet and numerous calls to their cust service has gotten me nowhere, except to find out that theyre now out of stock of everything i ordered. this is my second order with them, and neither experience has gone well. the supervisor did give me her number and offer to refund my shipping, but the fact is they wont have anything to ship to me anyway :angry:

i had ordered two pair of shoes, a hat, and a shirt.
got one pair of soccer spikes yesterday and a shirt. it said the hat was in there, but no hat. also, the sneaks, which i really wanted, are on backorder and prolly will be cancelled eventually.
seems i was charged for everything tho.
guess i'll be having to sort some sh*t out with them, too.

i got only 3 out of the 4 that i ordered...funny how you can place them in your cart, pay for them, and they still say they have them until the last minute...

hey freelance, maybe they put your sisters shoes in a box and yours in the regular shipping bag. or she could just have big feet...:D

but nah, i got that shipment today, the one i've been tracking, and sure enough, it was only two pairs. AND, the invoice included with the package seemed to indicate all four pairs were shipped. i double checked my CC statement, and it also confirmed i had been charged the full amount.

needless to say, i was a tad upset, so i called footaction, only to find out my order was shipped in TWO packages. the second one hasn't arrived yet, but i got the second tracking number from the service rep, and it should be arriving later today.

i don't understand why they can't be more clear about the status of your order. woulda saved me AND them a whole lot of headache...
