I've heard (no personal experience) that hairspray will help clean up ink stains. Good luck!

You can try diluting bleach with water and putting it on your hands. It is pretty rough though.

hairspary does get out ink, I have gotten it off walls and tables in clothes but never carpet so I would try it can it look any worse you got nothing to lose
