i'm going to see my gf in 1 wk, i got that much time to be back in shape... hmm i need help !!!!
1 - too cold for swimming (thats out of the question)
everything else.....i'm cool with
don't tell me not to eat.. and just starve... (impossible)
....should i just eat yogurt.. or just fruits for a week, and start pounding those weights????

It is too late to make any changes to your body. You'll be best served by shaving, showering, clipping the nails, getting a haircut, and actually ironing your shirt. Good grooming will take you far.

run like a mad man. (but not so much that you'll be so sore that your flight would majorly suck). but yeah. seriously. I don't know. best you can do is go down about 3-4 pounds...and that would mostly be water weight.
wrestlers would take excercise bikes to the shower and turn on all the hot water (steam), wear a complete sweatsuit and ride the bike like crazy to make the weight class they need to make.

Its not at all healthy, but its possible to lose a ton of weight in a week or two. I found out i had a chance to make a lightweight crew team, if i lost 11 pounds in a week and a half.
You can drink a TON of water and eat vitamins, and go on a massive atkins-style diet. YOu need to cut your food intake dramatically. Fruit and yogurt will not help you much because they are loaded with sugar. Eat low-sugar foods especially protein. IF you're really bent on it, you can go for a week on chicken and turkey breasts, and fish filets, milk and eggs, and minimal carbs. get Pita bread and bread to make wraps instead of sliced bread. No soda, juice, or coffee.
As much excercise as you can possibly fit in. It won't be too much fun, but it should work for you! I lost 12 or 13 pounds, and made the team, then broke my ankle 3 weeks later and quit. Disclaimer: its not healthy at all, but your body can look really trim.

I don't know about the coffee. i think coffee is good without any sugar/milk. just drink black. the caffeine will lower your appetite. (think diet pills = caffeine)

coffee is a serious diuretic (the caffeine) so if you're excercising, you will get dehydrated very quickly.

i started to run a bit...
done some steps...
hit the gym.. to pound some weight...
didn't eat anything but salad, dressing but dipped
ps no coffee... i've never really been a coffee drinker...
and what is peta bread??
Hire and train a skinnier, younger, buffer, sexier version of yourself model. :P

so, PETA is really trying to encourage vegetarianism by coming out with their own line of food, eh? :P
