thats far JIWC but not that far, at least you guys get to see each other every once in a while. Be glad she doesn't live on the other side of the country or even worse, the world.

not to mention your phone bill gets so high that you have to get a second job to pay for it alone. At least when your in one state its cheaper.

Long distance is bad when you're in med school and you only have 4 20 minute windows to pick up the phone everyday, and you miss every call even with a cell phone. There is no way around it. So many people in our class have broke up because of this. I couldn't care less about the money for calling. It's just hard to hang out with somebody if it take 1.5 hours just to drive there and you're skimping on 3 hours of sleep a night!
