Got a 15 GB Dell Jukebox. Tried to add/remove some mp3s via MusicMatch (god, i hate that ****ing program! ) all of a sudden, MusicMatch crashed. I ended up resetting the Jukebox, restarted MusicMatch. Then, I'm unable to transfer mp3s (MusicMatch would say operation completed, but the mp3 wouldnt show up in the jukebox). Resetted the Jukebox again, and now it will boot up to the Dell logo, and stay there. I can't turn it off, cant do anything. It just stays on.
Anybody please? what can I do? (oh, i'm on hold right now at the Dell Support center)
thanks,
daUnit

i think everything is peachy keen now <crosses fingers>
had to reformat and reload the firmware. Uploaded ~250 mp3s worth of songs, and it works without a hitch.
As for my opinion, the player itself is pretty solid, interface is intuitive enough, and I like the scroller button thingy. I am kinda worried about battery life though, as you have no way of knowing if you charged the player to full capacity. (The instruction manual states "You will know when its fully charged when you turn on the player and the battery indicator is at full  )
One thing I'm curious about is playlists. I think that if you upload a playlist to the DJ, you could potentially end up having duplicate songs on the player. I've looked around, and some people mention the use of Dudebox, but I havent looked in to it yet.
Tomorrow I'm gonna try uploading songs via WMP9, see if its any better, but as for playlists, WMP is actually worse (more hoops to jump through).
