For some reason, I've had the hankering to make some good some. Maybe some variation of a chicken noodle something. Or a vegetable soup. Any good recipes? I want it to be spicy and have a lot of taste. And be healthy. Soup is filling and it keeps me from eating a big meaty cheesy sandwich.

one head of broccoli, washed stems peeled and the entire thing chopped. One head of cabbage, small, chopped, one head of cauliflower-stem peeled, entire thing chopped, one large SWEET onion, chopped fine, one lb of greenbeans cleaned and chopped, one lb of carrots peeled,diced,3stalks celery, cleaned and chopped,corn,frozen-one bag,Mushrooms if you like them-cleaned and sliced..(and any other veggie you like)..cleaned and chopped..toss it all into a pot covering it with cold water-2 cans of beef broth, one LARGE can of tomato paste, couple dashes of hot red pepper flakes, worchestirshire sauce -about 1/2 cup, and 4 cloves of crushed garlic. let it cook till the cauliflower is soft..you can eat this for days and days-i swear it just keeps multiplying.Everyday I'd bulk it up by adding left over veggies, or whatever meat we had left..chopped in bite size bits..and yes it can be freezed.
