Cable TV made a West Bend man addicted to TV, caused his wife to be overweight and his kids to be lazy, he says.

And he’s threatening to sue the cable company.

Timothy Dumouchel of West Bend wants $5,000 or three computers, and a lifetime supply of free Internet service from Charter Communications to settle what he says will be a small claims suit.

Dumouchel blames Charter for his TV addiction, his wife’s 50-pound weight gain and his children’s being “lazy channel surfers,” according to a Fond du Lac police report.

Man frivilous lawsuits are getting ridiculous. This is just like the lawsuits against fast food restaurant because its customers are addicted and fat.

More ammunition for my proposal that lawyers who are found to have filed a trivial lawsuit be publicly flogged.

Hmmm, I called my Cable company several weeks ago to disconnect my service but I still have it. But I don't have a wife or any children, so I guess I can't sue them....sigh...

 oooh boy, I think we can all agree here that this guy is in idiot. He will not win, and he has embarrassed himself as a low-grade human being. I hope this impending failure sticks with him the rest of his life. have a nice day :)
