You are in a sense buying it from the other person. However, if you are not satisfied based on the description, half.com will reimburse you. Half.com does not pay the seller right away. It's not a bad deal...i have no complaints from using the service for buying and selling as of yet. http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif
