oy -

well she's wonderful during the day until about 3pm...then she becomes manic baby.... one minute sc reaming at the top of her lungs - then calm as a cucumber...

we've given her as many drugs as we're allowed :shifty: but we just have to ride it out.....and we have a long way to go...

it's the screaming - it just gets to me after a while - i can't get mad so all this stress gets pent up....f3h

sorry - had to vent......

Understood. Know that it won't be every night, most likely two on, two off, for about a week - well, until the next tooth comes in. And ice, teething rings, drugs whatever - nothing works.

And that you put her in the crib, and you go to sleep. She will cry whether or not you are there to help her, and you are better off trying to sleep through it. Sometimes you just have to let them cry.

It's like God's cruel joke. Baby teeth come in screaming and you feel helpless trying to help. then Just a few years later, they start to fall out! all that hard work for nothing.

During the day, watermelon rinds frozen are great to gnaw on, my granny (and my mom) swear by burbon rubbed on the gums. ;)

Good luck and sleep when you can.

Oh my gosh, I feel for you. I was the worst at not being able to let the kids cry it out. I remember one night I was out on the porch crying my eyes out while Ashley was in her crib screaming. Teeth suck! Good luck to you, I hope they come in soon!
