enable ethernet on abit ic7

a somewhat new abit ic7 was passed down to me.

the ic7 is the older version that has no ethernet port, however, i noticed that there was one and it was covered with a piece of sticky plastic.

anyone knows how i can enable the port? or is it just not enabled?

I actually did put a NIC on the board, but I was just curious.
