I was wondering. When I registered it said, "be careful minnesota residents, online gambling is considered illegal in your state [ sucks to be them ]", but that's the only state mentioned. My friend seems to think it was very recently outlawed in california ( which doesn't make sense to me considering we just passed an Indian Casino law ). Does anyone know about this? I just cashed out 1400 bucks that I could really use.

I'm sorry, I put this in the wrong area. This would be pertaining to the 20 % bonus received from casinoonnet. I'll post it there too

apologies

Well just to answer your question as far as I know it's not illegal in CA. I know a couple of people who do it in CA. Also so what if is illegal? I mean to be honest there isn't much the government can do about it.

There was/is recently a lawsuit against some of the online casinos, but I don't think that it is against any of the patrons. I would guess that will just try to shut down the casinos or make them watch where people live closely in the future, but I doubt that they will try to reclaim any of the money. If they do, gamble your heads off, lose your money, and then get it refunded! (Or at least try to.)
