clueless, are you thinking of www.netsetter.com (http://www.netsetter.com) ? That's the one that let's you take advantage of caching on their server. I tried it and it didn't help me but I've heard it has helped others?

The T3 is nice when you are living in the dorms, but when you get out it is a living nightmare. Help someone, I REALLY NEED my T3. Save me from the 56K modem....

I can't even get to 56k now. The best I can hope for is like 42.6
I've been spoiled by college...I need to go back!
