I more test to be MCSE- Its been a long 4 months of juggling work and studying but i am at the "one more test mark". Just wanted to congratulate myself cause this test was very hard and I cant beleive I passed. 5 down, one to go-Thank you leon for inspiring me so much.. Congrats!! I think TCP/IP was the hardest/most word phucked exam in the series. I passed with the min. (740?)
and I thought I had this one down pat.

But.....

Whats the point?

MCSE NT4.0 retires in a short time. You're going to have to retake the tests for win2k if you still want to be an MCSE after December 31 2001, as I'm sure you're probably aware.

MS is really ticking me off with the whole MCSE thing. No more TechNet subscriptions either. I loved how they worded it, something to the effect of: " We have been listening to our customers and have decided to revamp our program to reflect their wishes". What a crock of 5hit.

On the flip side though, MCSE got me in the door to my latest job... sysop in the datacenter of a "major software company located in Redmond WA".
