Being the impatient idiot I am when it comes to pumping bike tires, I wrecked the gasket of my Blackburn Kamikaze pump in record time. So I called up Bell (the parent company) and asked for a replacement gasket. Got the package the other day and was happily surprised. Not only did I get the gasket, but I also received replacement parts for the entire head of the pump. It was all FREE. Oh...and buy the way, the Kamikaze is supposed to be unbreakable and has a lifetime warranty. Lifetime warranty on a $12 pump. Can't beat that. I bet the nicely sealed package would go for $5-10 at a local store.
