So i buy a d-link wireless card from Justdeals.com on ebay. Well it turns out to be defective. Now that's frustrating but things happen right? Well it took 2 emails from them just to get the RMA#. Now they won't even repsond to tell me if they received my return shipment! I've sent my 3rd email this afternoon asking for any info and I sent the card back on Feb. 13th. They should have received it by now.

I just hate crappy customer service. A simple message saying that they're looking into it would suffice and soothe some of my anger. They make you feel so helpless you just want to lash out. I could have gone wireless a week ago, but am now waiting on this situation before I act. Has anyone else had a problem with these guys? I know Gotapex occassionally advertises for them. I don't put any blame on G|A since I found this company on ebay.

Damn Leon, you're good. I come home today and there's a package from Justdeals.com waiting for me. And better yet, the damn card works! I am officially wireless. :cool:

Though i still think Justdeals.com's customer service is wack. They could have told me they sent the card, given me a tracking number or something. Up to now, they still haven't responded to my emails. Guess they arent interested in repeat business, especially mine.

Regardless, thanks again Leon for willing to look into my problem.
