alright, i ordered one of their harddrive enclosures last week and just got it in the mail today. decided to test it out and find it's not detecting my 200 gig harddrive. so i decide to try another harddrive. while i'm unplugging the ATA cable, it falls apart! that means part of the ribbon isn't connected to pins. the plastic piece that clamps the ribbon to the pins just came off.
so, this sucks. because i need to call PC MicroStore. I'll have to pay return shipping, and i just hope i don't get any BS for the return/exchange. plus. that's another 2 weeks till i get one.
anyone deal with returns to PCMicroStore before?
