:P

I'm going somewhere on tuesday.

March 16th-28th

I'm flying on this airline from LAX.

Yep, I'm going to middle earth by myself!

Now nerdy is that?

Actually...I've always wanted to go to NZ/Au area, so this was the chance to jump on it before I finish up grad school and start work.

Certain things I'm totally looking forward to:

Queenstown.

Great trip you have planned. Do you plan on crossing the Tasman sea and spending any time in Aust.?

I love that part of the world. Great weather. Great people. Wonderful countryside. The part that gives me the biggest kick is listening to the rivalry between the Kiwis and Ozzies. They just love taking shots at one another.

It is a great place. I hope to get out there later on this year. (As I look at my 60,000 frequent flier miles and smiles.)

No, no aust. this time. THe thing is that I just have no time for both places. I definitely will go osme other time to Australia though.

Another reason I have no time, is becuase my iten. is already very packed due to time limitations. (i still have my last quarter!) I'm only there 10 days, and I'm self-driving through the country. I have rental car reservations, and I plan on driving through the south and north.

As for flying, I'm doing air new zealand solely because of the great price, but also becuase i get another 20k miles or so accum on UAL mileage plus again! I use those miles wisely...like business class upgrades. :P I have around 150k accum miles at this point.
