dell home charges tax in CA?

does dell home charge tax here in CA now? i was just checking out a laptop for a friend, and it showed that they apply tax now. is this for good now for CA?

also charges tax in PA and VA ... if this hasn't been covered already, I wonder which states it does not charge.

Am I going to fill it out on my return? Probably not since most of my purchases are through Dell, Newegg and a couple of other sites that charge CA sales tax. Yay. :|
