I just had a great Reuben Sandwich for lunch. The deli I went to had homemade chips as well. Gotta love a good deli.

What did you have or will you have for lunch?

I went to Carl's Jr. with some colleagues yesterday. Everyone bought a bobblehead...except for me. hahaha.

By the way, this is the first week of the Bobbleheads. If you want the collector's stand, you have to buy the Gary Payton bobblehead this week.

The others were Rick Fox, Devean George, Derek Fisher and Karl Malone (week 5 is definitely Malone).

Cheers

My son won't eat anything with sauce. I was hoping he would eventually outgrow this stage, but it sounds like some people don't. ;)

i looked for some recipes and found this (http://www.asianinfo.org/asianinfo/issues/bulgogi.htm). the link has good detailed instructions on how to make it...correctly. for the meat, i think you're supposed to use beef tenderloin...and freezing it to slice it thin is highly recommended. as for adding fruit that the recipe instructs, that's optional. my mom never adds in fruit...i don't think. but i guess it wouldn't hurt.

just to let you know, once the meat starts cooking, anything with a sense of smell with start salivating. my mouth is watering just thinking about it... :lick:

Bulgogi-literally fire meat, to describe the way it's cooked. Easiest and cheesiest (not literally cheesy) way to do it is soy sauce, meat, and a bit o' sugar. Put in a pan, fry till it's good.

Fruit? You don't need no stinking fruit.

soy sauce + brown sugar = teriyaki sauce. correct?

You don't hae any bobbleheads sitting on the shelf of your car's rear window and a "Baby on Board" sign?

What kind of American are you? :P
