One thing that has hampered me in the past at ther sites.....I get some funny results if I go too long and not clear out my internet temporary files.

In IE, select "tools", then "options", then click on "delete temporary internet files." If you haven't done it in awhile, it could take 10-15 minutes.

The new format website still looks buggy... try refreshing or if you have a different browser, give it a shot. I'm using Netscape 8.0 and there are still some 'issues'... isn't it fun trying to troubleshoot someone else's stuff??? Good luck.
