One site said something about April 13th... I think it's just a rumour started by Nsuckia to buy some time. They know that very few people will spend $500 to upgrade their card for 15% boost in performance. I'm guessing it would perform 15% better than Ati's current cards but knowing Nvidia you will have to use special drivers for this work with benchmarks and games.
And you will have to change drivers for certain games...

The good news is that if they do bring it out, I can get that 256 Pro card for $217 again (stupid Amazon).

Ever since that GF4 MX fiasco, I've had it in for Nsuckia. It was trickery. Those cards were advertised as GF4s and were worse than my ti200. I like them knocked down a little while longer. It did teach people a lesson though and now everyone knows that a 9500 pro is a better card than the 9600.
Go ATI.

Desktop: 9500 Pro 128MB
Laptop: 9600 Mobile 128MB

Desktop CRUSHES my laptop in everything... albeit it has something to do with the 1.4GHz Centrino and 256MB in the lappy, still...

Yeah but you compare a mobile card to a desktop card though.

ATI did the same thing with its R9000Pro (slower than the older R8500Pro).
