Okay, I have a random question.....
Does anyone know the legallity of gambeling in public plaes, like a private party playing poker for money.

I am looking to put together a poker night with myself and a bunch of guys for work, and am having trouble fiding a suitable venue to hoold these events. Anyone know if we would be able to just sit down at a bar and sart dealing, or does it ahve to be at a private residence???

its illegal, w/o a permit to profit from games of chance. So, technically our weekend poker parties are illegal

It's fine as long as no money changes hands.

:stupid:

It's just as illegal as underage drinking in college towns...

In other words, as long as it's not in a public place and you're not violating noise policies, no one will bother you.
