I'm looking for thingy that's about 2" x 13.1" x12" (HxWxD) that I can plug into the wall and the thingy will stay pretty cold to the touch. Doesn't matter how much juice the thingy eats up (electricity is free). Does said thingy exist? Thanks.

almost like a peltier. One side heats upa nd the other gets cold. They used to use em on CPUs as cooling. havent heard of anyone using them recently

i say screw the batteries and just use an ac adaptor or somethings. dropping a beer 6 degrees centirgrade below the emp it was out of the refrigerator is pretty cool. Is this what you are going to use it for?

Yea, looking for something sorta like that. It needs to have a flat top though so I can put stuff on top of it.
