I diasagree...I've been in lines at KyXy events where they have given away 20,000 and 25,000 points with no requirement to buy anything. And, I have talked with others in line who have worked to save points over a two year period to be able to get something really nice in an auction.

Since I'd be coming on late, how is it run?
I'm familiar with 100.7 & Rick Roberts points - and those you get to keep for the new year. So anyone asking about joining those, I'd say no cause the rewards are already overpriced and anyone that has a lot of points would be at an advantage.

If you took a poll on all the radio station contest threads, I'd bet you would have almost 100% feeling that the KyXY one is the best run program.

They have raffles, straight drawings, trade-in-points, and auctions....with the number of prizes available at times at several hundred.

They will permanently banish anyone with no ifs, ands, nor buts about it. Can have two accounts in one household, but you cannot bid on the same item. They'll banish one of them. Even if you bid independently of each other (like one person from work, the other person from home). Of course, you would soon learn your mistake when you see the other person's KYXY alias, but the points will be zeroed out! OUCH!

And as the "Seinfeld" Soup Nazi would say, "No more KYXY for You!" :smash:

Yes, I think their rules are a bit anal. You'd think they'd give you at least one warning...and what if two college roommates live in the same household with a few others and don't even really know each other? They may not even know that someone else in the house has an account. Where's the appeal process?
