Too bad that Clearchannel makes it such a pain to use their program, by canceling accounts without warning and otherwise leaving you feeling miserable about their program...and have they changed their policy about clearing points at the end of the year, or do you finally get to carry over your hard-earned points without worrying about dumping them on useless raffles at the end of each year?

Well, my account was canceled because I somehow ended up on a part of their website that they didn't like, even though it was public. They re-instated my account after several weeks of e-mail complaints but they refused to restore my points because they said I shouldn't have gone to that (public) webpage!

WOW-that is wierd-too bad that they didn't restore points-
I must say tho, that of all the stations reward programs-I'm most happy with Clearchannel-they have said they will give 6months notice if the point system changes. It IS kinda a pain to enter all the codes and click open ALL the boxes-BUT--- at least they, usually, offer several items so if you lose one auction, you can try for another-UNLIKE JACK/760kfmb/channel8--they seem to have only ONE item and I always get an error message, etc-never the prize.
KYXY is good-could be better but at least IS better than JACK.

Just to point out another difference... I have two Bonus sites listed on my account to get points each day but the other family member in my home has only one. The result is that they are shorted a potential 200 points per day. No reason provided by KYXY when asked.
