Canon i560 printing orange instead of red

We recently changed an HP printer for the canon i560. Its supposed to be a great bang for the buck printer. The problem is that when printing word docs, reds come out orange. I can get red from a jpeg but not from word or IE, etc. Anyone have a problem with printing ms word documents. Is there any known issues with canon hw, drivers, etc?

Have you tried going to Canon's website to get the latest drivers? I just tried my Canon S820 with a Word doc and it printed red fine.
