so i go back to work from lunch... there's cops freaking everywhere :eek: ... i find out that they raided my neighbors... lol :bigmouth: ... shady... makes you wonder what they are really "importing"...:rolleyes:

Coincidentally, last night when I got home i was talking to the security guard to pick up my packages and then 3 cops in plain clothes (one had a police badge around his neck) came out of the elevator and told the security guard that they were going to wait in the lobby. I'm not sure who or what they were waiting for, but I guess it was serious enough to send 3 guys.

so it turns out that a friend of a friend worked at the place that got raided... apparently they bought pallets of stuff of stolen items... all were viewsonics that were stolen from the viewsonic warehouse near walnut... they supposedly didn't know they were stolen... i wonder if they're assed out of all that money they spent for the stuff?

Probably... if you buy stolen goods (knowingly or not) I don't think you get a refund.
