Dear Online Survey Respondent,
Over the weekend, questions.net conducted a survey exclusively for a private
membership audience, All Advantage members who had clicked on a specific
AllAdvantage banner. Unfortunately, the URL of our survey was deceptively taken
and published on various "freebie" sites. Also published were the directions
for erroneously answering the questions in order to receive a $5.00 gift
certificate.
As a result, we need to verify that you were an active AllAdvantage member prior
to Friday, July 14, 2000 and that you clicked the AllAdvantage banner to take
our survey. Here is what you will need to do:
Please click on the link below and provide us with this email address and your
AllAdvantage member identification. After doing so, we will match your ID with
AllAdvantage records during that time. Once verified we will send you one gift
certificate by July 31st.
We need to hear back from you by Monday, July 24th.
We sincerely apologize to the AllAdvantage members for this additional step and
we truly appreciate your participation in the survey and your cooperation with
rectifying this problem.
To those of you who came to our survey site through a freebie site or a freebie
email distribution list, we are sorry that you were misled to believe you would
receive a $5.00 gift certificate. Information provided by such freebie services
may not be accurate and in same cases, as in this one, may be deceptive.
