amazing piece of equipment (http://www.polar-usa.com/polar-s720i.html) hr, zones, cadence, cyclometer, altitude, temp, IR interface so i can download my workouts.

anyhow, my max HR is 209. I've never gotten it above that. What's yours?

My resting HR is terrible. Prolly in the 80s. When I work out, It's hard for me to keep it below 180. 185 is about my anaerobic threshold. I can ride forever at 175 or so. Hit 185, bam, I start to blow up.

What's your threshold?

We need a sub thread for health issues. I have wanted to post stuff like this too, but have put it off. I usually do not worry about my heart reate and just keep going till I throw up or meet my goal.

My resting heart rate is 60-65. When I'm doing well on my bike I'm at about 170. Like Cheapie, when I go above 180 for a sustained period of time I'll start burning. My max heart rate? I haven't ever tried measure it, really.
