I'm Blind!!!

I cant see crap right now! I hope my touch typing skills are still up to par otherwise this might be just a jumble of incoherent letters by which everyone thinks I am crazy!

I had my annual eye exam and as such was dilated and otherwise dyed with lovely chemicals. I cant put in my contacts for a couple of hours and for some reason my eyes wont focus so my glasses might as well be the wrong prescription.

I hate this part of seeing the eye doctor.

The funny thing is he said he only used a mild solution. I dilate relatively easily and will stay dilated for wwy too long! As for dimming the lights....I think I need better blinds because they are all drawn and the room is bright as hell!

i know exactly what you are talking about. i hated that feeling the last time i had an eye exam too....it was like eye rape!

When you're dialated you can see things in the distance fine, but up close is all blurred (photographically, think of a tiny aperature vs. a super-wide one). So, driving is ok unless you need to see your speedometer. :P
