I like it and I like opera too but for me IE still renders images faster.

My test results came out 50/50. For pictures firefox came out quicker, but for text files it was IE.

i just tested it for me with mozilla 1.7 and IE. IE was sloower,

i just like mozilla better anyways, built in pop-up blocker, TABS! i love tabs!!!

firefox is leaps ahead of ie. It's so much more convieniant too. esp the tabs. I too am in love with the tabs. Also, they are continuosly working on firefox, while ie seems like the bastard son of microsoft that everyone forgot about.

I get KERN_PROTECTION_FAILURE's running Firefox 0.8 on OS X, same with Mozilla 1.7. Looks like they broke something from 1.6.
