This is the last day of a two day sale. The FAR deal is run several times a year by different merchants, so next year you can qualify for the crossgrade/competitive rebate with this year’s purchase. Well worth the price even if you don’t get the second rebate this year (but you will get it next year and all future years). The crossgrade/competitive rebate is only available for previous owners of a stand alone, retail (boxed or downloaded) version of ANY Norton, Symantec, or McAfee software product.
For the crossgrade/competitive rebate, Norton products have TWO proofs of previous ownership, Page 1 of the manual and the original CD. So get either from a buddy and he/she can send in the other for their rebate.
