What was the last book that you read on your own volition?
As for me it was Anne McCaffrey's Dragon's Kin. Before that it was Chris Rice's Snow Garden.
So what has everyone else been reading?

Whoops, I just looked at that thread, I thought you were referring to one from a long time ago. I was getting married the day that thread was posted. At least I have a valid excuse.

I'm 19 and i've never read a book all the way through. I just get so bored, and i can never focus on the book i just end up thinking about my day or what i wanna do, or could be doing instead of reading. Honestly i wish i liked books, but for the moment they just bore the hell outa me.

Actually, I just read a book about coaching youth soccer. Exciting stuff! I've ordered the new Arianna Huffington book, so I'll be reading that soon.
And, because I know you want it, here's the link for that "other" book (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1573440280/qid=1080790193/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/102-8810997-0186516?v=glance&s=books)

Oddly enough, I found it on a "Customers who bought the SiPix digital camera (the really small one) also recommended...The Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women." I used to have the web page saved, because I knew it wouldn't last.

Last book? Hmm...
Who's your caddy by Rick Reilly (SI). It's really good, and the part about John Daly's...erm...john is quite funny.
Read a bunch of Calvin and Hobbes Collections, and a GMAT book.
I'm not a big reader, but I want to find more Who's Your Caddy type books. I don't find good books that interest me very often, but once I do, I don't put it down until it's done. Skipped work to read Harry Potter 5 (was sick...but reading was better :) ).

I'll take any pointers you want to give. I'm working with kids 6-8 (in the soccer world we call it U-9). I've coached other sports before, but soccer is difficult because I never played it growing up.
The things that I have the most trouble teaching them are 1) don't bunch up around the ball, 2) get in FRONT of the ball when we're on offense.
