Question: How much is this worth

How much should I be able to sell a Dell Poweredge 6350.

Quad P3 550 processors
1.5 gig of ram
1 9 gig hd
usb 2.0 installed
2 nics
3 power supplies
Perc2

Everything working and in perfect physical condition. No rails though.

I prob paid $1,000.00 getting it in working order.
Expect it to be less than that of course.

You'll be lucky to get $500 from it, only because the market for such a high end machine is fairly tiny. If you can find someone who NEEDS a quad machine, you could probably ask for $700-1000. However, you're more likely to find someone who just needs a server & they won't be willing to pay a premium for the extra processors.
