cause i'm thinking of adding rams to my computer...and what else am i suppose to look out for.
my sisters com:
ECS motherboard K7s5a PRO
and i don't want to buy the wrong one, please be alittle bit more specific on this one

Yup
DDR 266 = PC2100
DDR 333 = PC2700
DDR 400 = PC3200

i read somewhere about PIN....something like 184...
is that something i should worry about for the 2100's?

DDR has a standard configuration... if it says DDR 266/PC 2100 it should work in your system if it calls for that kind of memory.
What DarkFury said. All DDR is compliant really if you are looking at pin's and such. If your motherboard will support DDR266/333/400, pin size won't matter. Just make sure the speed matches or is supported and you will do fine.
